Could you help us keep everything organised behind the scenes?

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with everyday admin and could take on some of the practical organisational jobs involved in running the Gang Show.

This could include:

• Helping to maintain cast and volunteer records using Online Scout Manager (OSM), our admin and support online system.
• Preparing and sending out information to cast members, parents and volunteers via emails through OSM.
• Helping with forms, sign-up lists and registers at rehearsals on Sundays.
• Keeping track of responses and chasing up information where necessary via emails.
• Helping organise documents and information for the production team.
• Assisting with other straightforward admin jobs as they arise.

You don’t need any specialist Gang Show knowledge.
If you’re reasonably organised, happy using email and basic documents/spreadsheets, and don’t mind keeping track of the details, you could be a huge help.

Ideal for: someone organised and dependable who would like to contribute but doesn’t necessarily want a front-of-house or rehearsal-based role.
